SIGN UP

Sign up on or before September 20th, 2011 and the Entry Fee is $400.00 per team so sign up early. The last day to enter your team is October 4th, 2011. No entries can be accepted after October 4th, 2011.

The tournament is held on October 7th, 8th and 9th 2011 at Antelope High School, Antelope, California. Antelope High School Web Site is a quality basketball venue. A snack bar is available and there is plenty of free parking.

Fall 2011 Game Schedule

Games to be held Friday through Sunday, October 7th, 8th, 9th. 6:45am 10/8/11 PST. NOTE: Some Games have been moved to Highlands High School on Sunday due to a scheduling conflict. Download Full Game Schedule.

G ames run from 4PM to 9PM Friday, 9AM to 7PM on Saturday, and 9AM to 6PM on Sunday. Day pass admission is $10 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $5 for children.

NCAA REQUIREMENTS

COACHES: All individuals who engage in coaching activities at an NCAA-certified event must be approved through the NCAA Participant Approval Program prior to participation. Event operators are instructed to require coaches to show a State or US Government issued picture ID during their event check-in procedures to ensure that only approved coaches are granted the ability to participate.

THE PROCESS NORMALLY TAKES BETWEEN THREE (3) AND SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE ADDRESS OF THE APPLICANT. APPLICANTS RISK MISSING THEIR EVENT WHEN APPLYING FOR APPROVAL LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT EVENT. THEREFORE, EARLY APPLICATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Fifty Team Limit / Four Game Guarantee

All Teams have a four game guarantee over the three day event. West Coast Shootout uses NCAA Girls Basketball Rules, with Game and Shot clocks.
